  2. In traditional tattoos the ink is deposited deeper into the skin compared to SMP where ink is just deposited about 2mm into the dermis layer of the skin.

Post-Treatment FAQs:

There is minimal downtime after SMP treatment. Most individuals can resume their regular activities immediately following the procedure.

Avoid activities that may cause excessive sweating or rubbing of the scalp for the first 2 weeks to ensure optimal healing.

We recommend to try to avoid chlorinated pools, steam rooms and sauna for at least a month after your SMP procedure.

Yes you can wear cap or hat as long as they are clean. 

SMP is a non surgical procedure and requires no down time. You scalp might have redness for a couple of days post treatment. Most clients return to work either the same day or within a couple of days. You can also wear hats or caps if you feel the need.
